By accessing and using Excelerate MTC's website, facilities, and services, you signify your acceptance of these ToS, including any updates or modifications. If you do not agree with any part of these ToS, please refrain from using our services.
Who May Use Our Services
Our ToS applies to anyone who accesses or uses Excelerate MTC's website, facilities, and services (“User” or “Users”). By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into this agreement, and you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You also agree not to engage in any actions that could damage, interrupt, or limit the availability or performance of our services, website, or facilities.
User Obligations
Compliance: You agree to use our website and services in accordance with our ToS and applicable regulations.
Behavioral Standards: We maintain a safe and inclusive environment. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or violence is strictly prohibited.
Safety: Users are expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Excelerate MTC's staff and trainers.
Memberships and Fees
Memberships and access toExcelerate MTC services are subject to the applicable fees and payment terms as outlined on our website or membership agreement. Non-compliance with payment terms may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Code of Conduct
Users are expected to:
Treat other members and staff with respect.
Maintain proper hygiene and wear appropriate attire.
Refrain from using facilities for any purpose other than training, fitness, or wellness.
Privacy Policy
Excelerate MTC is committed to protecting the privacy of our members. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information without your explicit consent unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, training programs, and materials provided by Excelerate MTC are owned by us or licensed to us. Users may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit these materials without our express permission.
Liability and Disclaimer
The use of Excelerate MTC's facilities and services is at your own risk. EExcelerate MTC is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during participation in our programs or use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

While we strive to provide accurate and current information, Excelerate MTC does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of our website content or materials. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.
Modifications to the ToS
Excelerate MTC reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Notifications of significant changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to Users as applicable. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any such changes.
Termination
Excelerate MTC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion for violations of these ToS or any applicable laws.

By accessing and using Excelerate MTC's services, you express your agreement to abide by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.
When making an enquiry, the dates available are accurate at the time of enquiry and may not be available when you call back to make your booking.
In order to secure the dates required, you will need to leave a deposit, which can be made over the phone using credit/debit cards.
We reserve the right to retain the deposit unless we receive notice of cancellation.
We require 10 clear working days' notice of cancellation or change of dates for any motorcycle courses, including restricted training courses and direct access courses.
We require 4 working days' notice of cancellation or change of dates for CBT courses.
Vouchers purchased are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
All trainees attending any type of motorcycle training with Excelerate MTC and equipment belonging to Excelerate MTC are covered by our insurance. Excelerate MTC will not take any responsibility for any damage or loss of personal possessions or equipment belonging to the trainee whilst undergoing any training with us.
Should the trainee wish to use their own motorcycle, it will be their responsibility to ensure the bike they are using is road legal.
Compulsory Basic Training is usually one day of training, and our price reflects this. Should the trainee not meet the required standard, then further training will be offered and additional charges will apply. Further training will be offered at a time & date that is convenient to both Excelerate MTC and the trainee. The trainee will not be refunded if he/she does not meet the required standard on the day of the CBT.
Failure to arrive at the specified time will result in your CBT day being abandoned and any fees already paid will be lost.
On your CBT day, an eyesight test is required. If you wear/need contact lenses or glasses, please ensure you bring them on the day of your CBT. Failure to meet the minimum criteria could result in your training day being abandoned, and fees will be lost.
You will be required to read a number plate from a distance of 20 meters.
On the day of your CBT, you must bring/produce the ID card part of your provisional/full licence. Failure to do so will result in your CBT day being abandoned, and fees lost. Copies of your licence are not accepted.
Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times. We highly recommend wearing boots (not steel toe cap), motorcycle trousers or jeans, and long-sleeved tops. We are able to provide jackets, gloves, waterproofs, and helmets.
Excelerate reserve the right to refuse training to any person dressed inappropriately or any person who has consumed too much alcohol or any other illegal drugs the night before their training.
Excelerate MTC will not take responsibility for tests cancelled due to strike action by examiners or as a result of extreme/dangerous weather conditions. In extreme weather conditions, Excelerate reserve the right to postpone training, which will be moved to a later date. This is for the safety of candidates and instructors. We will not be held responsible for tests cancelled/changed by the DVSA due to a shortage of examiners or any other reasons given by them.
Excelerate MTC reserve the right to amend their terms & conditions to comply with the Driver Vehicle Standard Agency regulations and/or to continue to operate effectively without prior notice.
Any bookings can be moved to a different date (only once) free of charge. Any further changes will incur an admin fee of £20.00 each time. The maximum amount of times a course can be moved after the booking has been made is 2.
Refunds for DAS courses will incur an admin fee of £30.00.
Refunds for any other training will incur an admin fee of £20.00.
Any training attended cannot be refunded if, for any reason, the day has not been completed by the trainee due to their inability to continue for any reason and/or the instructor sees it appropriate at the time for the trainee’s own safety.
